WARRANTY.
Works H2oDesign boots have a 30-day manufacturer defect warranty, based on purchase date. Manufacturer’s defects will be determined by our warranty team. Valid claims will receive store credit toward a new pair of Alpha-1 boots. Improper fit is not a valid reason for warranty, but as long as the product has not been worn or used, it may be returned for credit. To be able to make a return, an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) is required. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase (as receipt and/or warranty card) from Works H2oDesigns. Misuse, abuse or alteration of product voids the warranty.
EXCHANGES.
All Works H2oDesigns boots have a 30-day exchange policy, based on the date of purchase. In the case that a customer has purchased the incorrect size boot, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. To be able to exchange a pair of Alpha-1 Boots, the product must be unworn or unused. Please include the following details in any exchange shipments (Order Number, Date of Purchase, Contact Information, Shipping Address, Size to be replaced with). It is recommended to call our office at (714) 595-7436 to let us know you will be sending us an exchange and to ensure you are exchanging it for the correct size. RETURNS.
All Works H2oDesigns boots have a 30-day return policy, based on the date of purchase. In the case that a customer has decided they are not 100% satisfied with their Alpha-1 Boots, they are able to return them. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Once the product is receive by Works H2oDesigns and confirmed that the product has has unworn or unused, a 15% restock fee with be charged and the remaining balance after shipping will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
